For all air fare refunds, expected time frame for refunded amount to be settled is 15 business days.
The penalty for refund is deducted from the refunded amount. All penalties for refund are stated under “General Information” on all booking documents and issued tickets’ PDFs.
Red Sea Tours will not refund any ticket unless clearly stated and agreed on with customers.
